5.6.2AddCards
When a new card is added, the controller will automatically assign an index number in the order of
enrollment.Theindexnumberhereisnotrelatedtothecardnumberinthesoftware.Usersdonotneed
totakecareofthisnumber.
UndertheCardSettingmenu,press atthewindowbelowtoaddacard:
Press andenteraserialnumberonthecard,asshownbelow:
User input card serial number, or swipe card via system reader, system reader will automatically read
thecardserialnumbertothecontroller.
Press to confirm and the system will add
the card to the controller database. The user can also
presentthecardatthesystemreaderatthistime,whichwillautomaticallyacquiretheindexnumberof
thenewcard,showthecardnumberandaddittothecontroller.Itwillshow“cardexistsalready”ifthe
same
cardnumberisinthedatabasealready.
5.6.3DeleteCards
Theusercandirectlydeleteanindividualcardwithaspecificindexorcardnumberfromthecontroller,
or delete all cards at once. Under the Card Setting menu, press once to bring up the following
window:
Press toentertothesubmenuforthefollowingtwomethodsofdeleting
cards.
5.6.4.5 Delete a Card
Thecontrollercandeleteacardaccordingtoitsserialnumber,whichisprintedonthefaceofeachcard.
